01. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By participating in LADOJRP, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. You agree to comply with all Cfx.re, FiveM, and Discord Terms of Service alongside our community-specific rules.

02. Community Conduct & Roleplay Rules

• Server Rules: All players must follow the established server rules, roleplay guidelines, and staff directions. Failure to do so may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
• Dual-Clanning Policy: Certain whitelist departments (such as Law Enforcement Officers / LEO) may operate under a dual-clanning restriction. Accepting a whitelisted position means you agree not to act in a similar whitelisted role on competing servers as defined by community administration.
• Staff Discretion: LADOJRP administration reserves the right to moderate, warn, kick, or permanently ban any user at their sole discretion.

03. Virtual Goods, Purchases, and Licensing

All digital items, memberships, whitelists, and custom perks offered on our Tebex store are virtual licenses, not physical property.

• Role Play Ownership Only: When you purchase an in-game asset (e.g., property whitelist, vehicle pack, custom script access), you are buying the right to "Role Play Ownership" of that item within the city. LADOJRP retains absolute ownership over all in-game database entries, files, and assets.
• The 90-Day Inactivity Rule: Whitelisted properties and assets are subject to maintenance and activity standards. If you are inactive for 90 consecutive days, the property may be deemed abandoned and repossessed by staff. It is your responsibility to notify staff of any planned extended absence.
• Discord Association Policy: Our virtual delivery system relies on your active membership in the LADOJRP Discord server. Leaving the Discord server will result in the immediate forfeiture of your purchased items and roles, and they cannot be recovered automatically.

05. Brand and Intellectual Property Disclaimer

LADOJRP operates as an independent, modified multiplayer community. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any real-world brands, automotive manufacturers, or Rockstar Games. All references to real-world objects, entities, or brands are strictly used within the context of fictional roleplay and do not imply association.

06. Limitation of Liability

LADOJRP is provided "as-is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for server downtime, loss of in-game data, or the termination of the FiveM platform. Under no circumstances shall the LADOJRP administration team be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the server.
