Rules regarding bank robberies: 1. You are allowed to have a maximum of 4 people to rob the Fleeca banks. You may have up to 6 people for the Paleto and Pacific Standard Heights bank. 2. You shall rob all banks using the script. You cannot create a 911 bank robbery call or request money from LEO during negotiations. 3. No Fake Hostages. Ex. The hostage grabs a gun and shoots at cops. Ex. Hostage assists in getaway. 4. Dying/Being Arrested will result in the person's cut to be confiscated/terminated. 5. You may not use motorcycles for bank robberies. 6. You may not use AI/NPC as hostages. Rules regarding store robberies: 1. Weapons allowed for robbers, Pistols, Smgs, the Compact Rifle(Small AK) and double barrel shotgun 2. No more than 3 Suspects are allowed to rob a store at one time 3. No Fake Hostages. Ex. The hostage grabs a gun and shoots at cops. Ex. Hostage assists in getaway 4. No Snipers civ or leo 5. All suspects must be in store for robbery. If you are outside in robbery when Leo Arrive you can only pick up accomplices down the street from the scene. 6. You cannot take the AI Store owner hostage as they are ai and have infinite health(not realistic for cops are civs 7. Escape Vehicles. You may not use helicopters and/or planes ad getaway vehicles(Unrealistic and FailRP) 8. Officer Rules. No Swat it's overkill. Officer limit on scene no more than 7 units on scene. At least 2 units for traffic control Any breaking of these rules will result in a 22 of scene and/or a staff punishment(Up to staff discretions) Gruppe 6 is not a government entity and must obey all laws. - You may not turn on your amber lights on public roads - Gruppe 6/Security may not open carry - You can only patrol or be at the place you’re doing security for. - You may not arrest people if they are on the property you’re doing security for, you may detain them until LEO Arrives Running from police without valid reason is FailRP. - A valid reason can be something that may lead your character ending up in jail (Ex. Large amounts of drugs on person. You must hint the officer about the reason.) Robbing a player - In order to rob someone there must be: - High quality roleplay involved - Very good reason for it to take place. You cannot rob and kill someone that complies with you. It is one of the other. You kill them or you rob them and let them go. Only one vehicle pursuit every 30 minutes. Hunting RP - Shooting while in progress/on hold while hunting within Paleto Forest is allowed - If you injure or kill anyone while hunting, you may and will be held liable for all legal charges that follow. - You must have a valid hunting and firearms license. Cargo Job - Cargo Job missions are rolling red zones, allowing participants to act as if priority is available. - The Cargo Job ( Mission) is a rolling RED zone, once you have the van delivered. The RED zone isn’t over till the said org gets the given items to their stash. - Cargo Van is NOT to have any TORQUE or ENGINE BOOSTS for the duration of the mission. - The Cargo Van is given a license plate, Changing the license plate is prohibited at anytime while on the mission. - You are only able to get to a mechanic shop to get the van repaired. You are NOT to repair this van during the mission, as it can be destroyed in transport. - You cannot have more than 2 additional cars ( You may not have more than 8 people in those vehicles) with you on a cargo run. You may NOT have bullet proof tires, torque or engine boosts. - You may not add any additional org members or members into the prio (Cargo Van) That wasn’t in the Truck, and 2 following cars until completed of the cargo mission. - You may not use any helicopters, cargo bobs, Aircraft in any way shape or form.

If You Break Character, You Don’t Need To Be Spoken to By Staff * You must always stay in character while in the server unless you have been given permission by staff to speak out of character. No Exploiting (Finding and abusing bugs) No Ped Dimensions (Or any other tools that can give you information that you would not have access to in a roleplay scenario) No Modifying Game Files (Unless Cosmetic Modification That do not affect gameplay in any way) No Troll/Mod Menus (Used for trolling) No Racism / Bigoted / Sexist / Vulgar/Inappropriate Usernames (Steam Usernames) * This includes in and out of roleplay. RP-ing racist characters is prohibited. No Drama/Spreading Rumors (This creates a toxic environment. This is a 0 tolerance rule) No Chat Spam (more than 2 of the same message) No Blackmailing/Using information for your benefit (This creates a toxic environment. This is a 0 tolerance rule) No Ear Rape / No Mic Spam /No Low Quality Mic/No Unrealistic Voice Changers/Modifiers. (Staff can regulate music being played.) Do not use the 4th level of voice proximity (Big Boy Shout) for unnecessary/troll reasons. It should be used to convey messages across a larger range. (Ex. Court Hearings, Meetings, Traffic Stop Announcements, etc.) Usage of this voice proximity option for unnecessary/troll reasons may be punishable by staff. Must own and use a Microphone (Required To Play) You should not converse in ADVERTISEMENTS or BLACKMARKET. Those commands should simply be used to put out advertisements. (For any conversations ask people to either text you or you can leave your phone number (F6- for phone) in the ad so you can have a conversation that way). No Default PED. (You must change your ped away from the default ped you spawn in with.) No Naked PEDs. (You must have some sort of clothing on your PED) Claiming your mask is your face Your mask is nothing other than a mask, we are not fortnite and you cannot use your mask as an excuse to circumvent taking it off. No accessing Federal installations or buildings without proper permission. (it is considered FailRP to access Zancudo, FBI, CIA or other federal assets, buildings or installations without being a member of a federal agency) Keep real-life political statements and arguments out of steam names, OOC, Tweets, Adverts, ETC and Voice Chat. (This includes anything that implies politics.)

All staff complaints must be made within 12 hours from when the incident occurred.

May only run provided there’s quality roleplay/reason for it. Should not run in circles to avoid being grabbed, only run if you actually intend to get away.

Ex: “I know the owners/directors, you can’t punish me.”

Mute appeals are allowed 72 hours after the time the mute was issued.

Do not engage yourself if you aren’t involved.

Do not break character. If staff is needed, ask in chat or do /report and request staff. If you are involved in an accident, you must stop and roleplay out the accident appropriately. If you are injured, you must roleplay the injury appropriately.

Contesting punishments in-game or Discord after the staff members have issued is against the rules. You are allowed to talk with staff and we encourage it however if the staff member takes action against you that you believe is unjustified or biased, file a staff complaint in a ticket on our discord.

Before & During Priority - Example: /GME Someone Sees a weird person on top of a building with what looks to be a sniper. No Running With Heavy Weapons (LMG’s, Snipers, Launchers)

Your character's life is the most important thing to you, you should not take it's life as a joke and not fear the consequences of getting seriously injured/downed. You should not go 160 MPH throughout the city on busy roads where it is very easy to get into an accident.

Ignorance is not an excuse! It is the players responsibility to know the rules. Claiming that they didn’t know the rules isn’t a valid excuse and will get you punished. Depending on your playtime this can result in the punishment severity going up.

You may not start priorities in any of the mentioned green zones. Civilians are to stay in character whenever they are in a green zone. You may not use spray paints in green zones Civilians cannot inhibit LEO/EMS operations within green zones. You may not shoot or kill people inside a green zone unless you are an active priority. LEO/EMS are exempt from staying in character (only when appropriate). Ex: Getting uniforms setup or spawning in patrol vehicles. With the green zone update spawn location isn't considered a green zone.

Stealing someone’s vehicle by getting into the driver’s seat as soon as they get out.

All drug sales done through the in-game chat are OOC and will be considered "META-GAMING". In order to buy/sell drugs you will have to build a network and figure out how/where to buy drugs in RP. Asking how and where to buy drugs in OOC chat is prohibited and will be counted as FailRP.

Initiating roleplay outside of red zones and subsequently returning to exploit red zone benefits is strictly prohibited.

All disciplinary action is at the discretion of the staff. Although we have recommended punishments located within this document they are allowed to change punishments based on the severity(s).

We can tell if you leave or crash. Leaving after/during rule breaking will result in a ban.

No intentionally trying to be pulled over | blatantly breaking laws.

Priorities are defined as anything that needs 4 or more officers to respond. You may not steal an LEO vehicle solely to initiate a priority. Any theft of a law enforcement vehicle must be the result of ongoing, legitimate roleplay and not used as a means to start a priority scenario. The following priority status definitions will apply: - City – Pending – Avail/No 1080s - County – Pending – Avail/No 1080s - This status means that priority is available, however, a 1080 cooldown is currently in effect. During this time: - General roleplay may continue as normal. - No new 1080s may be initiated until the cooldown has expired. - Once the 1080 cooldown has ended, the priority shall return to the appropriate status based on the current number of on-duty law enforcement units: - City – Available - County – Available - City – On Hold - County – On Hold - If a 1080 is initiated while priority allows it, the corresponding priority status shall immediately be changed to: - City – In Progress or - County – In Progress as applicable. If the priority is AVAILABLE, you’re allowed to start Police Priorities. You cannot do them if it is InProgress/OnCooldown/OnHold/Pending, you may only do so if YOU are the priority.. You can shoot, kill, rob, kidnap people During a Priority. - In order to kill, rob or kidnap someone, you must initiate at least 45 seconds of roleplay before you can kill, rob or kidnap that person. You are exempt from the 45 second timer if both parties are aware of prior history that could lead to this event. Robbing and kidnapping for no reason will be considered FailRP. Players are not guaranteed a priority. We have a large number of people attempting to do priorities at the same time. It is up to the officers. Once a priority has begun, no more players are allowed to join in that priority unless approved by the highest in RTO. Group limits in Priority - You shall not be in a group that is larger than 6 people in criminal scenes (scenes including usage of lethal weapons where civilians and/or officers can be killed). - This number will not change regardless of police presence. - Swapping members out mid-scene is strictly prohibited. Lookouts, Drivers, and Messengers count towards the number. - Registered Organizations are EXEMPT from this rule but will have different rules set by the Civilian Organizations Director. The following is prohibited during Priority Cooldown / Pending / On-Hold/ In Progress: - Killing/Shooting players with weapons - Foot Pursuits Consisting of 4 or more people (10-70) - Killing as animals E.G. (You can not RP as a lion and kill a person during this time) - Stealing - Robbing players - Causing a Scene - Threatening w/ Weapons - Vehicle Pursuit - Stealing LEO/Fire/EMS - Assault with a fist is allowed as long as there is rp behind it - Kidnapping of any kind. - Assaulting LEO, Killing LEO - Shooting a weapon - Shooting a weapon with the intention to hit a player, whether it’s self-defense or not. - You may not steal an LEO vehicle solely to initiate a priority. Any theft of a law enforcement vehicle must be the result of ongoing, legitimate roleplay and not used as a means to start a priority scenario.

No Unrealistic Driving - All major vehicle crashes MUST be roleplayed out in terms of injuries to your person. - All vehicle crashes MUST be roleplayed out regardless of its severity - You must always value your life while driving No Roleplaying Decommissioned LEO/Fire/EMS Vehicles No Inappropriate License Plates No Self Driving Vehicles/Cars No Leaving Abandoned Vehicles Please DV if you can. No Bullet Proof Tires No Targeting No Stalking No Vehicles on Runways - Exemption from airport | emergency vehicles No Wheelies by Police - This is considered cop baiting Speed Limits if not posted - Highway (65 MPH) - City (35 MPH) - County (45 MPH) Winter-Weather guidelines (Civilian) - No unrealistic speeds or turning on motorcycle's, sports cars, or super cars in the snow. Please use common sense! - Stricter road limits during snow. People should be driving slower and treating the roads like they’re actually icy. - All civilians must be dressed in winter attire for the snow. - Any scenarios involving snow should reflect the weather — reduced traction, slower responses, and longer braking distance.

Gang conflicts are situations that have become heated between different organizations that may result in fighting between the organizations. These conflicts may be fights in public, drive-bys, shootouts, or potential attacks on another organization's property. These situations must have RP behind them on why the Orgs are having conflict, not just one Org deciding to fight another without prior RP justifying it. These conflicts can happen during Hold, Cooldown, or Available. Below are the limitations to Gang Conflicts: There must be proper RP behind the shooting, such as earlier instances or gangs are hostile towards each other. There must be at least roughly 6 LEO online. Anyone downed during the scene can not immediately go and seek revenge, or fully remember that they got hit out in the open unless a member survives to tell the tale. Gang conflicts are to avoid civilians and LEO when they are on location, and should not take place when large amounts of unaffiliated civilians or LEO are nearby, but assassinations of sorts may still occur. Gang conflicts can not occur at Events (unless Org/Transport events).

You may not start priorities in a spawn location. You are not required to stay in character while in a spawn location. No Violent acts are allowed while in a spawn location.

Ex: Down Syndrome Anything else must be approved by Staff.

- When applying for a staff position, & your application reaches the plus requirement, it is up to the Head Administrations discretion to provide an interview. - Staff can exempt themselves from jail / hospital times if it will benefit the server. - Staff must only punish players using their normal username. - Staff must respect all players. - Staff must follow the rules. - Staff must help new players. - Staff must help with rule breaking. - Staff must follow the dual clanning policy. Unless for an emergency or are instructed to do so by an HA+. - Everyone MUST follow the proper Staff Chain of Command - Staff may no-clip to perform their duties

Red Zones are areas around gang-controlled territories that are dangerous for LEO to venture into without being properly prepared. Within these zones, members of criminal orgs may attack LEO while it is on Hold, In Progress, or Available, this is to make the areas more realistic and to prevent LEO from going into heavy criminal areas without preparation. There must be adequate RP before an officer can be attacked, which are as follows: They have been told to leave multiple times They are harassing the gang members They are going onto their property They are attempting to arrest a member They are significantly outnumbered This will result in LEO needing to be prepared, and going to gang areas with appropriate backup, rather than investigating in the area alone.

If‌ ‌your‌ ‌character‌ ‌dies‌ ‌in‌ ‌RP,‌ ‌you‌ ‌can’t‌ ‌remember‌ ‌the‌ ‌last‌ ‌40‌ ‌minutes.‌ ‌If‌ ‌you‌ ‌are‌ ‌in a roleplay ‌and‌ ‌your‌ ‌character ‌health‌ ‌goes‌ ‌to‌ ‌zero‌ ‌in‌ ‌said‌ Ro‌leplay (dead‌),‌ ‌you‌ ‌may‌ ‌not‌ ‌come‌ ‌back‌ ‌to the same roleplay scenario as‌ ‌a‌ ‌new‌ ‌character‌ ‌or‌ ‌stand‌ ‌back‌ ‌up‌ ‌to‌ ‌assist‌ ‌for‌ ‌the‌ ‌remainder‌ ‌of‌ ‌the‌ Ro‌leplay.‌ (Does not apply to Onduty LEO) Clips/Body Cam/Recording You can not use body cam to combat NLR (New Life Rule). If you record a clip of you dying you can not use that information to get revenge. You can not use a body cam if you don't have something that can record video ex: a phone or a camera out in your hand roleplaying it out. Shop owners/workers are able to use their gameplay recording as CCTV as long as it's realistic. (Must be in view and may not have audio)

You are required to drive!

All individuals operating aircraft must use radio channel 100 at all times. Failure to comply will result in staff punishment. All individuals operating an aircraft of any kind must be in the proper flight channel at all times. Failure to comply will result in staff punishment. (LEO EXCLUDED) All flights operating within the city and county shall be in radio channel 100 All restricted air radio traffic shall be in radio channel 101..

Ex: Getting E-Married No Exceptions!

If a staff member shows up to talk to people near you, you aren’t welcome unless you have information to provide about the situation.

You should always care about situations your character is in and never prefer to die instead of complying with demands when being held at gunpoint/against your will. It is stupid for you to try and run away or fight people when you are clearly outnumbered and out advantaged, if a gun is pointed at you, you must comply with their demands to fear dying. You are trying to do anything to keep yourself alive. If you are in a vehicle and a gun is being pointed directly at you up close, do not try to flee. There will be certain situations where a gunman takes their eyes or attention off you, you can safely defend yourselves if you are smart and assess the situation. If your friend is being held up with you and you flee you also risk your friend dying and you don't want to do that fear for his life too. If they are not paying attention and running away will not put you in more danger than you already are, go for it. Ex: Don’t pull a gun on someone if they are already pointing at you.

Ex: You were banned by Staff so you changed Accounts to play on the server again before your ban expires.

Ex: Riots, COVID-19, ETC.

You must apply to become a lawyer in the discord.

You may not rp that you own a property if that property is owned by another player/players (ownership signified by a marker on the property). If a business or org owns a property it has to be a verified org. Orgs may not rp that they own a property if the property isn't under the orgs name. You can have a maximum of 5 people with ownership You may only own 3 MLO Properties. If you wish to own more you must get Executive Approval First. While priority is not available: Owners may use force on their property if they have reasonable fear of imminent bodily injury and the force used to stop the threat is proportional. In addition, the owner must engage in rp for at least 5 minutes prior to using force. Owners may open carry weapons on their property, but are subject to arrest if the weapon is not owned and possessed legally (it is the owners responsibility to know which guns are illegal). The owner is allowed to give permission to others to open carry and use force; however, the owner must be present with that person at all times, and the person is held to the same requirements as the owner. Org members are held to the same standards as owners, but can not give permission to others to open carry and use force on their property. You can not own a street or government property Commercial properties can not be bought unless permission is given by a lead real estate agent or executive staff. If you own a commercial property that is known for public business you may not enforce property defense rules. This includes gas stations, 24/7s, clothing stores, food stores, bars, supply stores, etc. If there is an issue with a customer you may not take the law or justice into your own hands, you may call law enforcement to have them removed. You may only use reasonable force to defend the property if life is in serious danger, ex: armed robbery or hostage situations. However you must still follow the fear of life rule. You may not assault and or shoot customers who are unarmed that are just “trespassing”. You must call law enforcement to have the situation handled. You may not say your commercial property is a residential property. This rule addition does not affect private residential properties. Failure to follow these rules can result in staff punishment, and/or removal of the property from your ownership.

Sending money/items from one of your characters to another of your characters is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to, having a 3rd party player hold on to your money/items while you switch characters to receive the money/items. Dropping an item and relogging onto another character to pick it up.

Any group that wishes to be classed as an Official LADOJRP Organization requires approval from the Organizations Director of LADOJRP. Failure to do so may result in an Organizations Blacklist or other form of sanction An Organization would class as a recurring group of people representing a Business/ Gang with the intent to grow as a Group and receive privileges such as a Discord etc. RPING as a registered org that you are not a part of, is strictly prohibited (considered org Impersonation).

If you notice someone who doesn’t know the rules make sure to inform them that they are required to follow them. If you see someone breaking rules in-game please contact a staff member by using “/report Reason” in the chat box. You can also contact staff via Discord in #needs-support
