We collect minimal, necessary data to facilitate server access, maintain security, and prevent ban evasion:

• Identifiers: Discord User ID, Steam HEX ID, Cfx.re license keys, and IP addresses.
• Transaction Data: If you make a purchase on our store, Tebex (our payment processor) shares transaction details with us (such as your email, username, and items purchased). We do not store or have access to your raw credit card or payment information.
• User-Submitted Information: Information provided in staff, LEO, or whitelist applications (e.g., age, time zone, and roleplay experience).

02. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to:

• Grant you access to the FiveM server and assign appropriate Discord roles.
• Process and deliver Tebex store purchases.
• Administer, moderate, and secure the community (e.g., enforcing bans and preventing ban evasion).
• Sync characters and statistics with our CAD/MDT system.

03. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. Your data is only shared with essential third-party service providers who help us run the community:

• Tebex Limited: Handles billing, product fulfillment, and transaction processing.
• Discord: For account authentication and community management.
• Cfx.re (FiveM): To authenticate your client connection to the server.

04. Data Security & Retention

We implement reasonable administrative and technical security measures to protect your digital identifiers from unauthorized access.

• Data Retention: Ban records and unique identifiers (such as Steam HEX) are stored indefinitely to maintain server integrity and prevent ban evasion. Whitelist applications and inactive database entries may be cleaned periodically.

05. Your Rights

Depending on your location (such as the EU or California), you may have rights to access, update, or request the deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To request the removal of your CAD profile or whitelisting data, please open a support ticket in our official Discord server. Please note that we may retain ban data to maintain community security.
